By accessing or using the PalletHub Wholesale website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
PalletHub Wholesale ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
PalletHub Wholesale is a registered wholesale liquidation company based in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in sourcing and selling Amazon return pallets, overstock pallets, electronics pallets, and mixed merchandise pallets to resellers across the United States.
All products sold on our Site are sourced from legitimate retail partners, including Amazon fulfillment centers, major department stores, and authorized distributors. We do not sell stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained merchandise.
By using our Site and purchasing products, you represent and warrant that:
⚠️ Important: Liquidation pallets are sold "as-is" and are intended for resellers, flea market vendors, online sellers, and retail store owners. We do not guarantee specific profit margins or resale values.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, manifests, and estimated retail values for all pallets listed on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, manifests, or other content are complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Manifests: Each pallet listing includes a manifest that lists the items included, their conditions, and estimated retail values. Manifests are generated from supplier data and verified by our warehouse team. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variances may occur. In the event of a significant discrepancy, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
All prices listed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on pallet weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time without notice. However, once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the price is locked and will not be adjusted.
Accepted Payment Methods:
All payments must be made in full before the pallet is released for shipping. We do not offer payment plans or financing.
All pallets are shipped from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas via our network of freight carriers. Shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Policy:
Inspection Upon Delivery: Pallet shipments are delivered via freight carrier. You must inspect the pallet for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is observed, note it clearly on the receipt and take photos. Contact our support team within 48 hours for resolution.
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all pallet sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds because a pallet contained items you did not expect or because you are dissatisfied with the condition of items.
Exceptions: In the rare event that a pallet arrives significantly different from its manifest (e.g., missing more than 20% of listed items), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence and a detailed description of the discrepancy. We will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.
We do not guarantee that all items in a pallet will be in working condition. Conditions are disclosed in the manifest, and you assume the risk of defective or non-working items.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific pallet giving rise to the claim.
The Site and all products sold through it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PalletHub Wholesale expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PalletHub Wholesale, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PalletHub Wholesale regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter of these Terms.
