1. Shipping Overview

PalletHub Wholesale ships liquidation pallets to all 50 United States from our centrally located warehouse in Dallas, Texas. We partner with trusted freight carriers including FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, XPO Logistics, and regional LTL carriers to ensure your pallet arrives safely and on time.

Most pallets ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Delivery times vary by location:

Delivery & Inspection

Inspect pallet before signing. Note any damage on the delivery receipt.

๐Ÿ“ฆ IMPORTANT Delivery Instructions: When the carrier arrives, you MUST inspect the pallet before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any damage to the packaging, write "DAMAGE NOTED" on the receipt and take photos. Signing a clean receipt means you accept the pallet as-is and release the carrier from liability.

6. Local Pickup (Dallas, TX)

Customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area can choose FREE local pickup at our warehouse. This is the most cost-effective option and allows you to inspect your pallet on-site.

Local Pickup Details:

Local pickup orders are typically ready within 2 hours of order placement during business hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

For Damaged Shipments:

  1. Before signing: Note damage clearly on the delivery receipt.
  2. Take photos: Document the damage to the pallet and packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours: Email claims@pallethub.com with your order number and photos.

For Lost Shipments:

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your pallet, or if tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us immediately. We will initiate a carrier investigation.

โš ๏ธ Important: Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may void your ability to file a damage claim. Carriers require visible damage to be documented at the time of delivery.

11. Signature Requirements

ALL shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Freight carriers will not leave a pallet unattended. You or an authorized representative must be present to receive the delivery. If you miss the delivery appointment, re-delivery fees may apply.
