Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Overview

PalletHub Wholesale ships liquidation pallets to all 50 United States from our centrally located warehouse in Dallas, Texas. We partner with trusted freight carriers including FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, XPO Logistics, and regional LTL carriers to ensure your pallet arrives safely and on time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Most pallets ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Delivery times vary by location:

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Pallet weight and dimensions — Average pallet weight: 400-800 lbs
• Delivery distance from Dallas, TX
• Accessorial fees (lift gate, residential delivery, limited access locations)

Accessorial Fees (may apply):

4. Order Processing Time

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2pm CT ship same/next business day
• Weekend Orders: Processed on the next business day (Monday)
• Holiday Schedule: No shipping on major US holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)

6. Local Pickup (Dallas, TX)

Customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area can choose FREE local pickup at our warehouse. This is the most cost-effective option and allows you to inspect your pallet on-site.

Local Pickup Details:

• Location: 1240 Industrial Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (excluding holidays)
• Pickup Process: Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
• Loading Assistance: We can help load pallets into pickup trucks, trailers, or box trucks using a forklift.
• Vehicle Requirements: Please ensure your vehicle can accommodate a standard 48"x48" pallet weighing 400-800 lbs.

Local pickup orders are typically ready within 2 hours of order placement during business hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

For Damaged Shipments:

1. Before signing: Note damage clearly on the delivery receipt.
2. Take photos: Document the damage to the pallet and packaging.
3. Contact us within 48 hours: Email claims@pallethub.com with your order number and photos.

For Lost Shipments:

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your pallet, or if tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, contact us immediately. We will initiate a carrier investigation.

8. Shipping Restrictions

• PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes due to freight carrier requirements. A physical street address is required.
• APO/FPO Addresses: Not available at this time.
• International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. International orders are not accepted.
• Alaska & Hawaii: Available upon special request. Contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.

10. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

• Carrier name and tracking number (FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, or XPO Logistics)
• Pro Number (Bill of Lading number) for freight tracking
• Estimated delivery window
• Carrier contact information to schedule delivery if needed

You can also track your order by logging into your PalletHub account and viewing your order history.

11. Signature Requirements

ALL shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Freight carriers will not leave a pallet unattended. You or an authorized representative must be present to receive the delivery. If you miss the delivery appointment, re-delivery fees may apply.

12. Shipping FAQs

• Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Contact us immediately. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
• Do you offer expedited shipping? Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders ship via standard freight methods.
• Will the carrier call before delivery? Yes, most freight carriers will call to schedule a delivery appointment 24-48 hours in advance.
• What if I'm not home for delivery? The carrier will attempt to contact you. If they can't reach you, they may leave a notice. Re-delivery fees may apply.
• Can I pick up my pallet from the carrier's terminal? Yes! This can save on delivery fees. Select "Terminal Pickup" at checkout and we'll arrange for the pallet to be held at the nearest carrier terminal.
