We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases:
Eligible Refund Situations:
- Wrong pallet shipped
- Order not shipped within 14 business days
- Proven fraud or billing error
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Damaged items within pallet
- Missing items from manifested loads
- Change of mind
- Profitability concerns
- Customer misunderstanding of liquidation condition
Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
