Refund Policy

Understanding our policy on returns, refunds, and manifest discrepancy claims for liquidation pallets.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: All liquidation pallet sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise (customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls), we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, condition dissatisfaction, or lower-than-expected resale value.

1. No Return Policy

PalletHub Wholesale sells liquidation merchandise "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." Because these pallets contain customer returns, overstock, and shelf-pull merchandise, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

2. Manifest Discrepancy Claims

We take manifest accuracy seriously. While minor variances are expected in the liquidation industry, we will review claims where the pallet is significantly different from its manifest.

Eligibility for Review

πŸ“‹ What is NOT considered a manifest discrepancy: Items not working as expected, items with cosmetic damage (when condition was disclosed as "Customer Return"), items missing accessories (unless manifest specifically listed them), or differences in estimated retail value.

4. Shipping Damage Claims

If your pallet arrives with visible damage to the packaging, you MUST:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt BEFORE signing. Write "DAMAGE NOTED" or similar on the proof of delivery.
  2. Take photos of the damaged pallet and packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at claims@pallethub.com.

Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may void your ability to file a shipping damage claim, as the carrier assumes liability is released upon clean signature.

🚚 Tip: Always inspect your pallet before signing the delivery receipt. Freight carriers have limited liability, and your signature confirms the pallet arrived in good condition.

5. Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following resolutions at our sole discretion:

7. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we begin preparing your pallet for shipment. Therefore, order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of order placement, provided the pallet has not already been pulled from inventory. After 2 hours or once the pallet is prepared for shipment, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

To request a cancellation within the 2-hour window, please call us immediately at +1 (800) 555-0123.

8. Chargeback Policy

We take chargebacks seriously. Before filing a chargeback with your credit card company, please contact us directly to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks for legitimate purchases (especially those filed after the 48-hour claim window) may result in:

We cooperate fully with payment processors and will provide all documentation to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip for Resellers: To minimize risk, we recommend starting with smaller pallets ($800-$1,500) to understand the liquidation process before scaling up. Review manifests carefully and familiarize yourself with condition grades. Most successful resellers factor a 10-15% "defect rate" into their pricing model, which is why pallets are priced at 60-80% below retail.
